There are moments when we pause and begin to question the path we are on—where it begins, where it leads, and what lies beyond what we can see. In those quiet reflections, we realise that life is not a fixed destination, but an unfolding journey—one that stretches far beyond the limits of time as we understand it.
The inspiration for Journey to Eternity emerged from this contemplation. As we reflected on existence, we were drawn to the idea of the unknown—the vast, silent space that surrounds every human experience. It is a space that can feel both unsettling and beautiful, filled with uncertainty, yet also with infinite possibility.
At the heart of the design lies a deep black centre. We created this as a symbolic gateway—an invitation to look inward, and at the same time, to gaze into the infinite. It represents the unknown that each of us must face, the quiet mystery that defines both our beginnings and our endings. Rather than something to fear, we see it as a space of potential—a point where every possibility exists.
Encircling this centre, layers of blues and purples unfold gently, blending into one another like the passage of time itself. These colours were chosen to reflect the emotional and spiritual transitions we experience throughout life. There are moments of clarity and calm, and others of depth and introspection. Like shifting skies or distant galaxies, these hues remind us that change is constant, yet never without meaning.
As we developed the textures, we found ourselves inspired by the vastness of the universe—the quiet beauty of nebulae, the endless expanse of galaxies. Each detail was carefully shaped to evoke that same sense of wonder, where every fragment feels both small and infinite at once. In this way, the piece becomes not just an object, but a reflection of something far greater than ourselves.
Through Journey to Eternity, we sought to express a simple yet profound truth: that every life is part of an ongoing continuum. Each moment, no matter how fleeting, is connected to something eternal. We may not fully understand the path, but we are always moving within it.
This creation is our invitation to pause—to reflect, to feel, and to embrace the mystery. Because within that mystery lies not only the unknown, but also the beauty of being part of something infinite.
