As we reflected on the desserts we love, we realised that the cookie layer plays a role much larger than its appearance suggests. It provides structure, balance, and support. Without it, the sweetness above would not have the same presence or meaning. In many ways, it reminded us of life itself.

With Cookies, we wanted to celebrate this quiet strength.
